Returns
We want you to be perfectly happy with your 40 Days for Life gear so all our gear is fully refundable within 15 days of delivery. We will refund 100% of your purchase price if you are unhappy with your gear. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Return shipping costs are only refundable for incorrect items or items damaged during shipping. Contact us at gear@40daysforlife.com with your order number in the subject line of your email.
Exchanges
Did it not fit? Don’t worry, you can exchange it for the size you want by shipping it back to us within 15 days of delivery. Only items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition are eligible for exchange. Even though we cannot refund your return shipping cost, we will pay to have the exchange shipped to you as soon as we receive the original item back. Gift Exchanges
Were you gifted an item that doesn’t fit or was not to your liking? Our policy for gifts is exactly the same as for exchanges and we will gladly exchange any item for an equal or lesser valued item. Please see Exchanges above for details.
Damaged Items
If your item arrived damaged we will gladly offer a replacement free of charge and refund you the shipping cost it takes to send the item back to us. Contact us at gear@40daysforlife.com with your order number in the subject line of your email.
Shipping
Most orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order however custom Made For You products may require 3-5 business days before your order is shipped. Please be understanding of delays during heavy traffic times especially around Spring and Fall 40 Days for Life vigil campaigns. Tracking and order information will be sent via email when your order is ready to be shipped.
The 40 Days for Life shop reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that do not meet the criteria stated above. Furthermore, at our discretion, if we suspect this policy is being misused, we may restrict the number of returns or exchanges associated with a single order number.
*International Shipping
